- How we will design?
Echo follows a very structured and well-planned design process which is effortless and efficient. Your Design is a long-term investment and marketing tool which can provide your company with more than just an advertisement, in essence it has the potential to leverage your company to new heights. Using detailed information we extract from you in our simple 7-step Design process, we are able to create the ultimate showcase for your business. Most importantly, we offer tailor made solutions to suit your individual requirement.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to the whole process
- Step 1: Need a representative from your company
We need a representative from your company who will communicate with us for daily or weekly report about the Design
- Step 2: Getting to Know You
We need to understand the basic facts required to design your profile. These questions will cover the nature of your business and its philosophy; the current image of your business, the image you wish to create, your house colors or industry colors etc. We will also ask you to share your existing logo, business details, content, pictures, graphs or motifs that you wish to use in the Profile. The more details you give us, the closer we will get to create a Profile that perfectly matches your needs and satisfaction.
- Step 3: Choose the design concepts that suits for you.
Once we have all the details mentioned in the questionnaire, the Design process begins. Your brief will be sent to our Design Department, to be analyzed and brainstormed by our creative team of designers who are assigned to your project. within 7 working days or less, we will send you the rough concepts of the intended profile design.
- Step 4: Schedule
We will revise 1 out of 3 custom Designs for your cover page and 1 out of 3 custom Designs for the inner page. The cover page will be UV spot enabled printing. This is for platinum package. Schedule depend on quantity of page and package
- Step 5: Revising the design based on your feedback
After reviewing the options sent through, you will select and send us one final Design with comments and instructions: your preferred choice with or without suggestions, our design team will then further work on the Design to make the necessary adjustments as per your instructions – in terms of image finishing, colors, fonts, motifs or other props. Within 3 days, we will send you the revised Profile option. The revision is based solely on the feedback that you provide us after viewing the initial Profile option. There are revision rounds depending upon the package that you can choose yourself. You will have the opportunity for unlimited revision from platinum package. This is especially important to ensure that you are totally happy and satisfied with the progress. To us, your satisfaction comes first. - Step 6: Color and font management
You can use 2 special or solid colors for the text and background excluding images. Pantone color will maintain your quality but will be expensive for printing. Maximum 2 types of font we will use for the whole Design
- Step 7: Creating the final Design
Once you’re totally happy with your Design, we will send source files with high-resolution Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Adobe Photoshop (.PSD), JPEG and Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) file formats. This will enable you to use it immediately and get your design printed.
